USPS Employees: The Easiest Ways to File FSAFEDS Claims

As a new FSAFEDS participant, we know you're still discovering the many advantages you have with your Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Today, we're spotlighting Claims Submission - and how fast and simple it is to get reimbursed. While the FSAFEDS Program does not offer a debit card, FSAFEDS has a variety of convenient reimbursement and payment options, so using your FSA dollars couldn't be any easier. Just choose the option best for you.

Paperless Reimbursement Options

Auto Reimbursement: FSAFEDS automatically reimburses your eligible out-of-pocket Health Care FSA expenses based on the claim information we receive from participating FEHB and FEDVIP plans (PDF).

Pick and Process: From your online account, you can review claims received from participating FEHB and FEDVIP plans (PDF) and select which expenses you want processed.

Manual Claims Submission

When you're ready to file a claim, submit it using the claim submission method you prefer - online, fax, mail or the FSAFEDS App. You'll find the app is the quickest and easiest way to manage your FSA - at home, at work or even on the go.

Payment Options

Pay My Provider: From your online account, arrange to send payments directly to your provider. You can also set up recurring monthly payments for extra convenience.

Pay Me Back - Direct Deposit or Check: From your online account, request that your FSA reimbursement be directly deposited into your bank account through direct deposit OR be mailed in a check to the address FSAFEDS has on file.

Helpful Tip: Once you set up direct deposit, it's the quickest and most secure way to receive reimbursements for all of your eligible expenses. Plus, there's no more waiting around for a check in the mail.
