Attention Blue Cross Blue Shield Members
Participants enrolled in both Blue Cross Blue Shield Benefit Service Plan (BCBS) and paperless reimbursement may not have had all 2018 prescription and medical claims received by FSAFEDS. We are currently working with BCBS to ensure we receive any omitted claims. This will cause a delay in the normal processing time.
You are not required to take any action at this time. All claims will be processed upon receipt from BCBS.
